Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment, in order to relax in the reception area and have a glass of water. We will always endeavour to run on time to ensure you get your maximum treatment time. However, if you arrive late, and we have an appointment immediately after yours, we may not be able to honour your full treatment time and retain the right to charge you the full treatment fee.
For each appointment made you will receive a confirmation email and then a text reminder the day before your appointment.
Need to reschedule or cancel? No worries! Please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment of any changes by text, call or email. There is always someone on our waitlist who can benefit from one of our wonderful treatments.
For all missed/no shows or last minute cancellations will be charged 50% of appointment. Invoice sent for payment.
This policy also applies to scheduled appointments to be paid with a Gift Voucher.
**Distance/Virtual 1:1 Sound Healings will be charged 100% of appointment.

Children & Teens
At Creating Balance Natural Therapies we are happy to treat children and teenagers under the age of 18. It is a requirement that we ask a parent or guardian to be present during the appointment of any child under the age of 16. Please note we are not qualified to massage babies 0 – 5yrs old.
Creating Balance Natural Therapies is committed to the privacy of its clients. Personal information is treated as confidential and is used only for the purpose for which it was collected. Information kept on file will not be released to a third party without the express consent of the client or as required by law. A client’s file can be presented upon request by the client, but all records must stay in the possession of this clinic.
